Madrid is a great place to eat and you can find dishes from almost every kitchen from all over the world. There is always a restaurant open that will serve you exactly the dish you are still dying to try. Here below you can find some of my favourite options.

Vieiras a la Brasa in Restaurant Ganz
Go for a super romantic lunch or dinner at Ganz and enjoy their sophisticated interior while you enjoy their amazing vieiras a la brasa. Besides this exquisite dish you should also threy their burrata with truffle oil or benedict eggs.

Free Range Chicken risotto
Have lunch or dinner in style at restaurant Rita & Champagne. Famous for their eggs and fabulous free range chicken risotto. All combined with fabulous wines and of course excellent champagne. Sometimes they also have butter fish (pez mantequilla) on the menu, one of my favourites.

Californian Special 
This is probably one of the best quality price Japanese restaurants in Madrid. Try their Californian roll, its delicious or their fabulous spicy tuna. Pretty popular so always smart to reserve ahead. Nice setting as well.

Chocolate by the bucket
You cannot leave the city without trying this exquisite chocolate dessert at restaurant La Chifa. Superb ice cream combined with delicious chocolate sauce, this is chocolate heaven for all you choc addicts. I just love restaurant La Chifa and not only for their desserts.
