El Cosaco is a very special place, the very first Russian restaurant to open in all of Spain, in 1969. Some of the dishes you will be able to try at this restaurant include Blini Boyarsky (a plate of smoked meats, Baltic caviar, and herring), Beef Woronoff, the Imperial Stroganoff, Saratov Salmon, Chekov duck, and more. Their desserts are also very appetizing, including Vatruska (a pastry filled with cheese and raisins), tatin pie, and chocolate mousse cake.
El Cosaco is open every day of the week from 1:30 pm to 4 pm and then from 9 pm to 12 am.

Las Noches de Moscú
With its bright red walls and traditional motifs, Las Noches de Moscú offer an authentic experience to those who want to immerse themselves in the Russian culture. Some of the dishes served at Las Noches de Moscú include Salat Kalinda, Steak Stroganoff, Borscht Moscow, and Blinis with Keta Salmon Caviar.
Las Noches de Moscú is open from 1:30 pm to 5 pm, and then from 8 pm to 11 pm Friday and Saturday, and from 8 pm to 1:30 am the rest of the week.

Restaurante Gribok

Restaurante Gribok is another great place to go in Madrid for a delicious Russian meal. They serve dishes such as Piroshki, Solianka, Okroshka, Kiev Steaks, Cheburék, and Gullash. If you want to know what all of these exotic names stand for, your best option is to go down to Restaurant Gribok and find out for yourself. If you prefer to eat in the comfort of your own home, you can order your food to be delivered, which will cost you an extra euro per dish.
Restaurante Gribok is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm, and then from 8:30 pm until the last customer leaves. The restaurant is closed Sunday nights and the entire day on Mondays.
