La Sopa Boba
Restaurant La Sopa Boba is located in the town of Alpedrete, which is a beautiful and quiet village in the Sierra de Guadarrama, close to Madrid and easy to reach.
Their gastronomic, creative dishes are served in a large open space with high ceilings, and there is a lot of natural light to enjoy. Easy parking facilities make it very comfortable to go there by car. In addition to their restaurant, they also open a lovely terrace in summer. This means you have the option of tasting their dishes inside or outside.
This place is one of the best-known gastronomic restaurants in the mountains near Madrid, and Chef Fernando Limón runs its kitchen. This exceptional chef offers different and fun cuisine, but that doesn’t mean you will be missing out on exotic meats, delightful fusion dishes or seasonal vegetables from the organic garden. And of course, you can also opt for colourful and delicious salads.
Limón really dares to do things differently, so you might want to try one of his new steamed dishes, for example the seasonal fish, cooked on volcanic stones that create steam with citrus infused juices. It is de-li-cious.
El Cielo de Urrechu
This gastronomic restaurant is staying true to serving Basque and Mediterranean culinary dishes, but meals are elevated to a new level. You will not easily forget this fantastic gastronomic experience in the capital, and you will find the restaurant on the top floor of the Centro Comercial Zielo Shopping Pozuelo, in the town of Pozuelo de Alarcón.

Goiko Grill
Goiko Grill started as a small place with only a few tables. Andoni, a 26-year-old medical resident who worked at Hospital La Paz, had a dream, and he left the medical world behind to fulfil his dream.
You will not only enjoy the most delicious gourmet hamburgers in this restaurant, you will also find very tasty salad bowls, such as a Caesar salad with mixed lettuce, croutons, parmesan cheese and grilled pieces of chicken breast, together with a homemade Caesar dressing.
We can also recommend the Capresa Alicia with fresh sliced tomato, buffalo mozzarella and an Italian pesto on a bed of lettuce, accompanied by pieces of pita bread.
And last but not least, there is a dish called Mischka, with mixed lettuce, cherry tomatoes, mushroom, avocado, grilled slices of goat cheese, a sweet vinaigrette and some sliced almonds.
