Abrantes’s green lung is Parque de Emperatriz María de Austria, also known as the popular Parque Sur. It is one of the biggest green zones in the district of Carabanchel.

You can enjoy, among many other facilities, a large bicycle track, a lake, two indoor football courts, football fields and a climbing wall here.
